There is not an obvious GUI option to set that you want to login in console mode. <a href="http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20050312113258436">Previous hints</a> related to RDC 1 are not applicable - saved .rdp files are now .plist files.</p> <p>The solution is quite simple though:</p> <p><img src="https://aplus.rs/images/mac/rdc2.png" alt="RDC login dialog, with /console option added"></p> <p>Add /console after the name and you&rsquo;re good to go.</p>
